chocolate and blackberry cobbler is a tempting lead-in to
flavors of anise, dark fruit and mint.  Beautifully smooth and
evenly structured, Gobbler’s Knob drinks perfectly on its own
but judicious acidity on the finish invites hearty food pairings
as well.
